-Deadline for Tours: Properties must be successfully added the to Caravan Tour in CRMLS by 4:30 pm the day prior to the Caravan.
Brokers/agents may vary tour time from the scheduled caravan, at the listing broker/agent’s discretion; however, any difference must be published in the MLS when the tour is added to caravan.
There are no restrictions to the number of times a property may be placed on Tour.
No alcohol may be served during caravan.
